Best Business

The Laundromat Business is the Best Business in America

And I'm not just saying this because this industry has been very good to me. It's a business anyone can get into. A business that's relatively flexible and that can eventually be relatively passive. One that's truly essential to the community.

After all, people don't want clean laundry. They need clean laundry.

But even though this is a great business to be in... it's not right for everyone.

The Motto

If I Can Do It, You Can Do It

If a kid who grew up in poverty, struggled in school and had no business experience can purchase a laundromat off of Craigslist of all places and turn it into a multi-million dollar business...

You can do it too.

If you’ve read this far I know you’re someone with a desire for more. Not everyone has that entrepreneurial desire. You should nurture it. Grow it. Now, is the laundromat industry right for you? Only you can answer that question.

But know that you don’t have to have the same passion for this industry that I do. All you need is a desire to make things work and to make money while supporting your local community. If that’s you… then I’ll see you inside the course

Look, I don’t know you. I don’t know your work ethic and drive. I don’t know what motivates you to get up in the morning and how hard you’re willing to work to make your dreams come true. I know the material in this course works because I’ve lived it. I wish this course existed when I was starting out in this industry because it would have saved me hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars wasted, and sleepless nights. I’ve coached dozens of laundromat owners and I know what I teach works. So… will it work for you? I believe it will, but only if you put in the work to act on the information in this course.

Let's Talk About Some of the Hard Truths. If Any of These Scare You...

This Isn't the Business For You

My goal isn't just to get more people to understand the power of this industry.
My goal is to get the right people in this industry.

Who Do I Consider the Right People?

Those who don’t just care about the money, but who also care about the community. Those who don’t just care about the latest “passive” business craze, and who are willing to put in the work now to reap the benefits later.

Those who understand that a business isn’t just about the money, but about the service and contribution to its employees and its customers.

That’s why there are some hard truths I want you to know before you consider diving into this business head first.

HARD TRUTH #1

This isn't a glamorous business.

It's not super sexy to be the "laundromat" guy at parties or events.

If you care about the image of being an entrepreneur more than actually being one... this isn't for you.

But the good news is: if that doesn’t bother you then this is a great opportunity. Many entrepreneurs pass on this because it doesn’t have that sexy entrepreneurial image they’re looking for.

So if you want to make a heck of a lot of money while supporting your community, this might just be the business for you!

HARD TRUTH #2

This will probably NOT be a passive income powerhouse when you first start (if ever!)

There's a pervasive myth in the industry that laundromats are completely passive, “set it & forget it” income systems… And that's completely wrong! This is the main reason why there's so many crappy laundromats out there and why the industry often gets a bad rap.

But while laundromats may not be passive, they certainly can be a very flexible business.

There IS a lot of work that needs to be done, but you can do it on your own schedule. Want to do this as a side-hustle after your regular job? Or take the kids to school and then work on laundromat tasks until they’re home? You can!

Many people think they want a passive-income lifestyle, but what they're really looking for is flexibility. And this industry is incredible for that.

HARD TRUTH #3

Money can speed up the process, but it's not a substitute for hard work.

You can get into this business with not a whole lot of money and succeed. I've done it myself!

You also can get into this business and use money to quickly transform your laundromat, hire people, and grow to multiple locations.

But what you can't do is think that money will solve all problems for you... because it won't.

Running a business is hard work. Sure, it's rewarding. And sure, once you get going it can be relatively passive and very flexible.

But you have to be ready to put in the work, especially in the early stages. Otherwise even with all the information in this course... you probably won't succeed.

Still Here? That Means You're Ready to Start!

There's a lot of good that comes with owning a laundromat business. I mean, it’s changed my life! But to get all the good, you also have to be willing to deal with all of the bad. Now, my goal with this course is to help you avoid as much of that bad as possible. I want to help you avoid the most common mistakes I see laundromat owners make (and that I've made myself) and teach you the things you don't know you don't know about this business. And trust me. There's a lot of those!
